New train with a route through the Morshin resort
“Ukrzaliznytsia” launches a modern three-car diesel train DPKr No. 807/808 “Carpathian Express” by message Ivano-Frankivsk – Kivertsy (through Lviv, Luck and resort Morshyn), the train will connect three tourist regions in western Ukraine.

“This train will connect three tourist regions in western Ukraine at once., providing an opportunity for citizens and guests of the country to visit, in particular, Morshyn, which was almost devoid of convenient rail links.
Train no. 807/808 by message Ivano-Frankivsk – Kivertsy will run from 29 May daily, except Wednesday, and will pass through Kalush, The valley, Morshyn, Stryi, Lions, Podzamche, Radekhov, Stoyanov, Gorokhov and Lutsk. The train will depart from Ivano-Frankivsk to 15:20, arrive in Lutsk in 23:30 (in 23:50 – to Kivertsy)”, – the message says.
At the same time in the opposite direction “Carpathian Express” will ship with 31 May daily, except Wednesday and Thursday. Departure from Kivertsy to 5:14 morning (in 5:30 from Lutsk), arrival in Ivano-Frankivsk at 13:38.
“Every Thursday the train will run along the Lviv route – Ivano-Frankivsk (departure from Lviv to 9:59, arrival in Ivano-Frankivsk at 13.38) through the city of Stryi, Morshyn, Dolina and Kalush. And with 2 June on Wednesdays train no. 807/808 will run between Kivertsi and Lviv (departure from Kivertsi to 5:14, arrival in Lviv on 9:51)”, – added to UZ.
Noted, that the route will be served by the Ukrainian diesel train DPKr-3 produced by the Kryukov Carriage Works.
“This is a comfortable modern train, equipped with sockets, air conditioning system and comfortable for passengers with disabilities.
Previously, in 2019 year, he ran in the capital on the Kyiv Boryspil Express route. Due to coronacrisis, due to a decrease in passenger traffic in this direction, they began to operate it as an express route along the station to them. T. Shevchenko – Cherkasy. Now on this route it has been replaced by the Pesa 620M rail bus”, – explained in the company.
